All prices in our catalogue include GST (for Australian customers only). We also clearly identify any special pricing for our products, including clearance pricing, temporary specials, and so on. New Zealand Customers: Our freight charges include shipping to NZ. Our goods are warehoused in Australia and our pricing is in Australian dollars. Your receipt/invoice will be mailed with the goods.


Occasionally some products may temporarily be out of stock and on backorder status. We make every effort to let you know when a product is on backorder status by displaying this information with the product in the Online Store or contacting you. Some products are available in limited quantities only and will no longer be available when stock has been exceeded. We make every effort to indicate on the site which items may have limited stock and remove items when we become out of stock. Because FranklinCovey is on the front-edge of introducing new styles, fabrics, dated material, technology devices, etc., some items may have been discontinued and no longer available.
